Anyone who doesn’t understand battered woman syndrome & the grips these animals have on their victims needs to listen to this book. Fantastic story, told with brutal honesty and educating at the same time. Gripping from beginning to end, I felt myself pulling for her all the way to the end. So happy that she could survive this tale & manage to make herself a “normal” and HAPPY life following all the despair. God bless “June”.
