I picked it up for the introduction by Rachel Maddow and couldn’t put it down.
The reading of chapters with alternate voices made it a pleasure to listen to the story for an authentic representation of the authors.
One pet peeve that made me cringe for the German partners was the mispronouncing of the German newspaper names, e.g. “Sued-Deutsche Zeitung” or the name of a German contributor “Kirchgasser”. Such a small thing, but easily fixed by collaborating with a German speaker.
