Sorry Ryan, I think we’re on the same page with everything, but this was cringy. Only made it about 6 hours in before I gave up. I can’t tell if the author worships women or hates them. Also, the main character goes from jumping off a motorcycle, sliding on the pavement and shooting Chinese soldiers with perfect accuracy, to getting beat up by some skinny chick. I think the elements of the story are there, but poorly executed. I had a hard time with Mark Goodwin because of the heavy handed religious overtone, but somehow you went above and beyond! I hope survivalists and preppers in real life aren’t as bloodthirsty and cocky as the “good guys” in this tale.
