After listening to ‘Son’, also read by Kevin Pierce, I was ready for more True Crime by this exceptional narrator. I mistakenly assumed the collection would be multiple stories of an hour or two each, but instead found that most lasted only minutes, with 20 being long and the average tale closer to 5. After a few hours the format became tiring.
