The story is one of the most horrible things you will ever hear. I watched the special on TV and couldn’t wait to listen to the book. I barely made it through it. The author would repeat the same thing at least 5 times. I kept checking to see if my player had somehow skipped backwards. It was maddening. The narrator spoke in an almost monotone voice. I really hate to diss the book because the story is so unreal you just have to hear about it. I guess I would suggest watching the TV special.
