This is one of the more enjoyable listens I’ve had in a long time. It is unapologetically campy – so much so that in the first few minutes I thought it was going to bother me too much to finish – but I’m so glad I hung in for that little bit of extra time. Barry pulled off the rare combination of a super tongue in cheek plot with well developed, likeable (maybe even loveable?) characters. And Phil Thron did a masterful job giving them voice that matched each perfectly. I found myself laughing aloud more than once. An absolute must hear audio book!
