Really great series!

I rarely grab a whole series at once, due to the risk. But I’m glad I did this time.

This author did a fantastic job layering the different storylines without getting convoluted or confusing. It was easy to follow along even if you know nothing about the military or maritime practices. The characters are rich, deep, and have unique qualities.

Each of the three books had their own plot while the series had an overall plot, which I enjoyed immensely.
