Different plots and subplots while staying true to this genre’s “formula”. Loving the series. The author leaves little cliff hangers here and there, makes the books extra exciting, it’s very well done, I appreciate that.
***SPOILER ALERT****SERIOUSLY READ NO FURTHER IF you’re new to the series… one character you will despise is Olivia, the author makes you adore some characters and hate others, they characters are 3-dimensional beings, almost feels like it’s real people the author is writing about. You will be feeling like Olivia’s family would have been FAR better off if she’d been killed in the first part after all
