I love Karen Rose’s books. I love the continuity of the characters. I enjoyed this story but had a hard time listening to the narrator. His interpretation and portrayal of the characters grated on my nerves. I was tempted to switch to a book. I sincerely hope another narrator is selected for the remaining stories in the Sacramento series.
