While I am not 100% sold on the whole alien thing, I enjoyed this story. Some parts were weak, the world building was minimal and the heroine was occasionally annoying, but overall the book was a fun, easy read. It took until about 30-40% for the relationship between the MCs to really kick in but once it did they were solid. I love stories like that, where we get to spend some time with them happy together. Even if other dramas occur.
