Written quite poorly. Monroe’s claims at what Astral Projection can accomplish get more and more ludicrous as the book goes on. For a man who claims to value empirical evidence, he makes a lot of wild speculations off only a few pieces of anecdotal evidence. At the end of the book he theorizes that aliens are probing us to study our psi energy. Monroe seems to have a poor understanding of physics. Book should be titled Mastering the Art of Self-Induced Psychosis. Only plus is that it was fairly entertaining to read. He has a lot of creative dreams.
