This is one of the worst books I have come across. The narrator’s do a good job but, a gold plated turd is still a turd. The concept and premise seems to be taken from Tao Wong’s System Apocalypse. That being said it can be done, take Equalize by Ryan DeBruyn for an example it’s different enough that you don’t end up comparing the two characters.
Let me now discuss the main character… he has no emotional depth to me. He comes across as a snarky, know it all that never had been disagreed with, also did anyone feel like he went from I love my parents to, oh well they’re dead to quick?
Maybe you can get this on a deal or with an extra credit but otherwise don’t waste your money.
