pros: The narrator gives a convincing performance especially for a inhuman character.
cons: over-reliance on tropes, writring that thinks its more witty&creative than it is. At first the sexual puns and innuendos are charming and funny, but as it goes on it gets creepy and unsettling. Also just about every female character in this book seems to just be a bimbo nymphomaniac and serves the soul purpose of fulfilling some fantasy of the writer.

(one scene in particular that goes into pretty nasty detail about someone being basically tortured over and over until their mind is broken and they begin to find it erotic) I found to be especially disturbing.
