I’m 😞. I really enjoyed reading origins so I was jazzed when I found the audio.
I was even jazzed by the German accents even if they were three little pigs from Shrek reminiscent….but the Korean accent?
The grandmother was second generation Korean American but her accent was both unrealistic, thick, and kind of problematic.
I still love the book, the series, and am kind of chill with the author even if I questio. their choices but I am not down with this narrator/whomever made these creative choices.
