Without giving too much away, the protagonist is a killer. In fact everyone is a killer. The difference is majority of the characters are under some kind of a mind wipe where the don’t know who they were previously and they have their one focus which is their job. They are also enhanced humans who can do things no ordinary person could. Typically not the kind of book that I go for. I will say that this book has opened me up to kind of a different genre for me; that’s a good thing. The book started fastish and kept up the momentum for the entire thing although it is kind of short. I really enjoyed this book. The narrator was fantastic as usual. The story does kind of end in the middle. Don’t get me wrong plenty goes on and a lot of truths are revealed that I didn’t really see coming. It is a fantastic story, but there is more to it and the ending hints to it if it’s not already a part of a series. Four star for the stories 5 star from the narration.
