this series is pretty enjoyable, but kind of basic. the story is pretty solid, though the end of this one was a bit of an anti-climactic. the magic system is not inventive, the skill tree isn’t either. the town building is the same. I just wish there was more to like. even still, I’m going to keep reading in hopes that it gets better.
