This should be under erotica not suspense/mystery. There was no mystery. Toughly disgusted with the book from beginning to end. The female lead has no admirable qualities and is completely unrealistic. Any woman that has been attacked-let alone raped, doesn’t want to be touched for quite some time. They certainly do not go straight into a sexual relationship with someone they just met.
You jump at noises and quick movements and the last thing you want is to be touched by anyone- let alone a male.
The K-9 is a very minor part of the story… I have no clue how this is considered a K-9 sort, let alone a mystery.
Honestly just disgusting.
