The first book was so refreshing, witty and uniquely original that I didn’t think a second book could even be conceived. That may sound like hyperbole, but I’m being serious. This second book took the momentum from the first to an inconceivable level of greatness. Thank you for managing to create something wholly original…and for dooming me to make up things to do so it could keep listening to this book?
