Please stop ruining good narrations!!!

This is a complaint for the ‘soundbooth’ editing. The actual narrator is very good.

But, adding an audio track on repeat as ‘background noise’ IS NOT IMMERSIVE it’s ANNOYING and DISTRACTING. Some sections of the book are fine but then there are long sections of the narration with stupid ‘outdoor noises’ or ‘twinkling’ or ‘battle noise’. I cannot stress enough how Thoroughly this destroyed my enjoyment of several sections of the audiobook.

Please quit trying to be ‘graphic audio’ there is a significant portion of audiobook listeners who avoid those productions like the plague.
