I’ve listened to all 4 books in this series and the story, plot, and character development is excellent. except when it comes to Zach. Whenever the story turns to his perspective it have to force myself to listen through it. He brings no value to the story. He’s a nameless background character at best and the story would be so much more satisfying if we weren’t forced to endure his whining and hypocrisy. When he refused to kill Nayha after finding out she was a mass murderer you lost us. Overall good story but I’m pretty sure this will be the last book for me in this series.
