Jackson takes an in-depth look at the brutal murders committed by serial killer William “Cody” Neal, who received the death penalty in Colorado, but had his sentence commuted to life in prison. Neal’s research is exceptional, exposing how Neal would prey on vulnerable women, often times flaunting their stolen money at strip clubs and bars. “Love Me to Death” is a chilling listen, and Kevin Pierce provides extraordinary narration. If you have a morbid fascination with serial killers, or simply enjoy true crimes stories, this work is a well-written, absorbing audio book. My heart breaks for the victims of these senseless killings. This was my first Steve Jackson book, and I wholeheartedly enjoyed it.
