I was a bit confused and nearly didn’t listen to all of this first book but as I finish book 8, I’m so pleased I persisted. I wasn’t even sure about the narrator at first but he is AWESOME, he just brings the characters to life.
It is so original and I always like an author who has such a flair for naming characters and places. In all honesty, the first book isn’t the best but the series is fantastic and it all starts here.
