If you love the slightly socio/psychopathic but morally grey characters that embody everything queer…this way wicked lies. It was such a play on embracing your sexuality and curiosity in a no judgmental while completely keeping with the very crazy mafia/stalker plot from book one up to two. The narrating was sublime, truly. I mean there were moments when I wanted to strangle Ryder a little too much and times when despite being this big boss, Les was a complete child throwing temper tantrums that literally risked her life as if she wasn’t an adult but the idea that no one is perfect was clearly a point to be made. I have a newfound favorite audio author to listen to and that’s pretty freaking big!
