Book two of this amazing series continues to deliver an excellent story with intriguing characters, political and corporation craziness, explosions, soap opera worthy drama, and elements of fantasy and science fiction that one usually doesn’t find in the same series. I love how Jeff Hays does the voices, and as Mordecai is a Changeling and becomes a different race each floor, he gets a different voice each time, and I love that. I also love the subtle effects, like the chat sound effect, and the effects when someone is speaking over a loud speaker, and I absolutely love the effect done for the system and dungeon AI voices. Very well performed, and super well written by Matt Dinniman.
