Less than 12 after the power goes out (no one even knowing why?) the City of Chicago turns into a place only filled with murdering rapists and thieves. Obviously author is a doomsday prepper who lives in a shanty on the side of a mountain in Utah. It is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time unless you are a doomsday prepper or hate Americans generally.
