The MC is an orphan who hates slavery and the nobles. That’s all the characterization he gets, which is more than any of the women get in the story. Christian is basically murtagh from eragon, but without any depth.
harsh words aside, it was okay, but it sort of didn’t go anywhere noteworthy and the pacing was all over the place. i started checking the time remaining at a certain point. finished it, but wont buy the next one.
the voice acting is top notch, but the story is a bit of dud.
