I’ve read and listened to this book now and I love Owen and Sam’s story. This book has a lot of pain, but also a lot of love with healing too. Owen lost his brother and Samatha lost her fiancé, so they both know what it’s like to loose someone you love. They both want to find justice for their loved ones by finding the person responsible for their deaths. There are secrets, lies and other people who are trying to make finding justice more difficult. I think Brittney writes so well that you feel the pain her characters feel as well as the love. I loved the book and would recommend this series to anyone who likes military romance novels! ❤️
