The first book was okay and enough to justify an audible credit. However, the series really seems to drop off in quality through Book 2 onward. Book 3 was a slog. The worst offense is the murder sub-plot that was set-up in Book 2. Its so far off from anything remotely near reality and is a major distraction from how far fetched… I guess “castle doctrine” no longer exists in 2070, but technology itself really hasn’t made any major leaps forward…
