I normally don’t mind the narrator of a story no matter how bad they are, but this one bugged me on just how dramatic he made everything sounds. Think action move guy’s voice…all the time. The author isn’t terrible but I found him less than original. Throughout the whole story I felt that he was borrowing from movies or other books and just putting enough of a spin to it to say it was his. So, yes it was entertaining, but nothing amazing. It was good enough that I got the second and third book,
The third book is where I stopped and where I will part ways with this story.
