the main character is of over clever idiot who thinks he knows how to trick the world into giving him power. multiple times he should have been squashed for his dishonor and yet unrealistically they shelter him instead. if it was a true ancient Oriental style customs his family would have slit his throat for his multiple dishonorable Acts already
