This series has become my number one pick for all categories of entertainment. I can not recommend anything else in existence more than I recommend this audiobook series. The soundbooth production version is a close second.
This work combines irreverent comedy around every corner with masterful character development, expert plot set-ups, and intriguing and thought-provoking concepts that leave you desperate to learn more and see where the characters go with it. all of this is perfectly complimented by the narrator’s performance. I place Jeff in the narration hall of fame top three. his ability to express the attitudes and moods of the characters Is unparalleled, which is extra impressive due to the unconventional nature of these characters. I’ve never heard someone portray a character with a ridiculous accent, making a terrible attempt at a different accent, and do it so believably.
later titles in the series also feature guest narrators for certain characters, and all of these decisions are positive impacts to the quality of the work. the production team behind this work is a rare gem of a studio.
again, I can not recommend this enough. 6 stars all around.
