Detail, suspense and action, in that order this set has provided an amazing story with well developed dialogue and characters. Each turn provides a purposeful event that drives the story and emotion of all characters involved! Kevin Pierce has this down to a science! This is my first Mark Goodwin book(s) and I am not left wanting! 40+ hrs and it was a pleasure! I may have another go at it down the road.
