Outstanding. Dark, hilarious, and well told.

This story’s demented sense of reality is only exceeded by its hilarity. A nerdy adventure into an apocalyptic underground dungeon crawling adventure, this book reads especially well for those who have played Dungeons and Dragons or are interested in it, especially if they want more blood soaked adventure than fairytale whimsy. The ability to combine brutal, gory interactions with hilarious personalities is truly astounding and extremely entertaining. I haven’t listened to an audiobook this good in a very long time!
