Nox was a great read. I was invested in the first page. The main characters like Nox and Luca are excellent. The side characters are written very well (looking at you Vic). The story was original. The last page caught me before I solved the mystery. The author mentions wanting to write more in this universe. Please and thank you. But even if Nox is a standalone forever, it is complete in itself and well worth the time. After reading the book I bought the Audible title. Kirk Graves does a good job of narrating the book. The characters are distinguishable from each other. The Anubis voice is great.
