The way he approached the main character and his place in the world was unique. The studio level narration was cool but somewhere there was a disconnect for me. Just didn’t pull me in. Other books I would catch myself skipping backwards to catch the fine details this one played non stop until finish and I honestly glazed through a lot of it. Not a bad story. But just not my cup of tea
