Excellent listen. The MC is extremely OP but power is not his drive the search for knowledge and satisfying his curiosity is what he wants. I hate the books that keep the OP MC barley above the opposition, this is far more like Overlord (anime) than say DBZ. progression of the story is based solely on the adventure not the strengthening of a character. Stats are touched on not over baring. if you need a quick in-between book get this one, the all star cast nails the characters and SBT as always is a leap above, thank you Jeff.
