I have read quite a few litrpg series and I really enjoyed this one.
The author does a great job of simplifying a lot of things other litrpg authors go overboard on.
This books reads more like a strategy than straight combat all the time but you still get great action parts.
I will say I was apprehensive about listening to it because another reviewer mentioned an abnormally long torture scene but to be honest it’s at the end of the book and really plays well into the overall story and isn’t too graphic if not a little brutal.
All in all its an easy listen if you like this genre, wouldnt recommend for an entry into this type of book though.
