Granted, I’ve only listened to a couple of dozen, but since Want Me is one of my favorite books from one of my favorite authors, I was delighted when Kirt Graves added depth and heat to what is already a hot book with deep emotions. The slight accent he gives Eric is something I didn’t really hear in my head when reading it, and it increased Eric’s sexy quotient by a factor of spontaneous combustion. Eric is already smoking hot, but that hint of Brit? *KABOOM*
Kirt’s Nate, through whose eyes we see the whole story, delivers all the confusion, emotion, and arousal that the book has, and brings even more depth to his sensitivity.
I loved hearing Neve’s words brought to life so vividly and am already on my second listen.
One warning, though, if you haven’t read the book yet. It’s got lots of sex scenes. Lots of HOT sex scenes. You’ll want to take care where you listen because it’s incredibly erotic.
