I am constantly looking for books about LGBT with not just a hint of sex (sorry, I might sound a little perverty haha) but with a real ‘romance style’ relationships – and it was wonderfully shown in this book. Plus it was such a true story: I could feel Derek’s pain and indecisiveness and Maxim’s desperation to be accepted. God knows I hate Russian accent (I’m myself an immigrant from Ukraine and try to get rid of Russian accent), so at first it was almost unbearable to listen to Maxim’s narrator. But the story made me stay. Definitely worthy of your time!
