I’m completely obsessed with this series! I was left sad and heartbroken from Mortal Skin, but this book made up for that all. Ash and Lonan are everything! Between all the quests and hardships they had to endure, their love powers through. I know we still have many more obstacles to overcome, but I can’t wait to see them persevere. What a great follow-up to the first book, and I definitely can’t wait for the next and final one. Also, I felt Joel Leslie’s narration really improved in this book, really made me feel the characters’ love for one another. I very much enjoyed!
