It definitely started off different from other LitRPGs, but its still all stat, item, and ability talk and no real story. I would say it is better than other Venter books but that isn’t saying to much.
The narration wasn’t terrible, but Andrea just doesn’t do for me anymore. She does the same voices in every book and the characters are just to emotional in one way or another. High pitched fast voice or low tone slow voice, it just gets so bland especially with the number of books she narrates in this genre its hard to escape her.Not saying she isn’t a bad narrator, just a bad choice to flood the litRPG genre with.
