This book focuses on fighting, leveling, and upgrading only. There is only a handful of characters, and dialogue between only of them maybe consists of 30 total minutes. There is no character progression or arcs to speak of. The mc is as bland as they come. Jeff Hays is great as always. But the “story” is not for me
