For me – this story didn’t sparkle for me much – it was ok – I’m hoping the series picks up –
Elliot has been taken care of her kid sister since they were orphaned. She never thought she had magic until pushed to her limits at a bar one night – than at 22 years of age she’s considered a late bloomer.
Elliot’s powers are strong and she doesn’t know how to control them so she’s given 2 options – go to school to learn to control her new magic, or have it removed – which is not only permanent but apparently painful and emotionally traumatic.
The Academy of Unpredictable Magic is more like a reform school – Elliot reunites with four sexy men that she knew from her days of being a bartender, while struggling to avoid the “mean girls” on campus –
