this was probably my least favorite book of the series because it’s a couple of my least favorite tropes. age gap and teacher/student. usually there’s too much of an ick factor for me. but with shaleigh being sort of wise beyond her years, the age part wasn’t to bad for me to handle. the narrator was okay. she has a huskier natural speaking voice so there’s not a ton of difference between her male and female voice. the accents are what separated them the most. her British accent was just okay for me.
