I don’t know how much Travis Baldree colored my opinion on this book, because he did a great job, but this is probably my favorite litrpg book I’ve read or listened to. now, I am relatively new to the genre, but over the last year or two I’ve read at least a dozen series and this one is right up there with(if not surpassing) dungeon crawler Carl and The Land(at least until book right came out). I did zone out during most of the character sheet stuff, but that’s more because my brain hates numbers.
Great book, great narration. High hopes for the next.
