This book is generally outside of my genera-scope, but I gave it a whirl based on a recommendation. From the start, the narrator didn’t convince me that he was a tough guy. I just didn’t buy it. The story content can’t be questioned, but there was no depth to it and it was somewhat predictable & over blown. I finished the book, but overall, I thought it was kind of lame.
