Here is the thing this starts out all great, but for a person from earth to go to a different world and trying to survive this MC doesn’t seem like he want to live. His unwillingness to kill, when it’s a daily event on earth is unreal. The author paints earth as being the safest place whenever it’s compared to that new world, when in truth it’s not. You can past on this because of it being so unreal. I gave it a try, but it didn’t improve in book two, so I returned them and went with something that wasn’t written by such a naïve author.
