I wanted to like this book, in fact I was so looking forward to immersing myself in a great story and with Kevin Pierce narrating to boot. I could only make it just under halfway and that included not hitting pause when I left the room. I thought the story line was all over the place. I’m glad a lot of folks had a good to great experience with this based on the ratings, but the story never made sense to me and I couldn’t finish it. I am a post-apocalyptic, EMP or zombie fanatic, this just wasn’t my cup of joe (I don’t drink tea) Just my opinion so don’t be offended.
