As a former six-sigma consultant, this is a decent, yet sort of ruthless system. The gains you make on the traction system could be made by adopting normal processes and practices, while staying focused on your vision & mission. Great book for someone who is a Type A do-it-yourselfer.
Best: defining messaging, short term goals & ultimate goals. Building processes. Accountability.
Largest issue with the book, “it’s less important that you decide, rather than what you decide.” It treats people as commodities to be leveraged or cogs to get working smoothly.
