The story is good. The thing that drives me nuts is how the son joins the Air National Guard and becomes a pilot in only a few months no more than a year. That is something that would not happen in the real world. If that was removed, this story would be a lot more enjoyable or change it to something more realistic.
Overall if you can look pass that. The book is enjoyable to listen too and seems like some of the stuff that is happening in the book is happening today in 2020.
